Steps

Get an A-frame board or a window marker and pick the spot people see before they reach your door.
Each morning write one thing only: today's special, a new arrival or a seasonal service, with its price.
Add one line of personality (a question, the weather, a small joke) so it reads like a person wrote it.
Change it at the same time every day and take a photo of it for your social pages.
