A block passport

Four to six businesses on one street share a stamp card; a full card earns a small thank-you at each stop.

Steps

Gather four to six neighbors and agree on the dates and one small thank-you each.
Print one passport card with every stop, its hours and a stamp box.
Each business stamps on any visit; no purchase is needed for a stamp.
A full card can be shown at any stop for that stop's thank-you.

Passports finished, and stamps given at your stop.

Keep it a thank-you, not a drawing: prize drawings and raffles fall under state sweepstakes and gambling rules.

Team up with a nearby business that sells something different: each of you hands out the other's thank-you card.

Pick a group that serves your neighborhood (teachers, nurses, volunteers, crossing guards) and say thank you for a week.

Open earlier or later one day a week for four weeks and let the count tell you whether to keep it.
