Steps
- Pick a five-minute service: a fringe trim, a knife touch-up, a tire check, a phone port clean.
- Offer it on set days so it does not crowd out paying work.
- Note first names and what you did, with permission, so you recognize people next time.
- Tell each person, once, what the full service costs.
